Hi Guys, I watch your videos everytime. I wanted to tell you about my experience with Bank of America. Today I found out that Bank of America forclosed on one of the properties i am working on evendough they had approved the short sale. The sale was approved on April 26, 2010 and was supposed to close on June 6, 2010. I contacted bank of america and they informed me that it was an error they had made because the investor did not approve for the sale to be postponed. Any advice? Thank you.
