Morals help lift us from being animals. Morals are a code of conduct and as our morals get better, society gets better, when they decline our society declines. The Morning after pill makes it okay to make stupid decisions when it comes to sex. Kids who cannot take into account that they will get pregnant after a stupid night will now be more likely to make stupid mistakes cause they can get the pill without letting anyone know.

Condoms should be subsidised by the government and freely available. The birth control pill should be free with a health plan. The morning after pill is a great idea and should also be available without prescription and advertised as being so. This would all help to ease the need for abortion, which should be available as an option of last resort up until 10 weeks.

As morals have declined and sex is given out pretty freely (declining marriage) and children are viewed as an inconvenience, so too the abortion rate has risen. Why would someone bother raising a child or adopting it out when life is viewed as less valuable than it used to be. People see murders and killing on the tv everyday and have become so desensitized to it they don’t even see their own children as something worth working for or even giving birth to and letting someone else adopt and raise

If people can not control themselves and their urges to have sex do you think of yourself as a animal. Like a dog humping on things without knowing any better.
I do not believe abstinence is perfect but people use helpful cognitive skills and not animal instincts when having sex.

I believe it should be considered morally right to give mothers, no matter their age and circumstance, security enough to let their child be born alive if they chose so. Aborting a child should be the very last option. That’s just my personal opinion.

second mortgage goes as unsecured debt, so its like a credit card debt.
You might want to look into BK 7, especially if you have lots of credit card debt. You will have to qualify for a 7, which impacts credit for 10 years (income test determines if you qualify). If you make too much, then you can do a 13 (repay you debt over time 3-5 years), effects credit for 7 years.
Know you rights! Don’t get screwed. File if you have to. Its your right!

If you want to keep the home, a 13 will get rid of the second mortgage (if you are underwater), and keep you from foreclosure.

It is not as simple as that. You have to work on paying everything else on time, pay off your debts so that you can minimize the negative effect the BK had on your FICO score. Also the interest rate you will get will be very high
That is not true in all cases for primary homes. Go to:

There you will see that even if it is a primary home, you may still end up paying taxes.
